Refund policy
To make the returns page look nice with proper formatting, paste this version into Shopify's Return and Refund Policy editor. I've added headers and bold text formatting that Shopify will style automatically:
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Moissanite Eclat, we want you to love every piece. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and undamaged
- In their original packaging
- Free from any signs of use
To start a return, email us at moissaniteeclat@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size only.
If you would like a different style or piece entirely, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
To request a size exchange, email us at moissaniteeclat@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We will cover shipping on the exchanged item sent back to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Items returned after the 14-day window
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email moissaniteeclat@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps and return instructions
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange
